Hopefully the following will help anyone looking to adapt a great motorcycle to his/her height. I am 195cm or 6.4ft, and weigh 205lbs on an ideal day and 210lbs most of the time.

Withmore buzz than a hive of angry bees and a tall, narrow seat carved from granite, KTM’s 690 Enduro R leaves a lot to be desired as a street bike. Don’t get me wrong, with a feisty, 67-claimed-horsepower thumper and weighing just 340 pounds, the 690 is a fast, flickable bike on any twisty road, the tighter the better.

690Enduro R. Any Duke owners ever owned or ridden a 690 Enduro R? It looks to me to be the BEST street legal/dual sport bike available. 66HP, and 300lbs, LC4 engine quality, and KTM off road experience, in a dual purpose motorcycle, sounds like a dream play bike, to me. Had a KLR650, a fun pig, but only 36HP and weighed 450lbs.

Seteverything on the comfort zone and go from there. [I had to back off the rear spring big time ] I`m #250 without gear. Stock these bikes come ready for motocross. Back off the preload and damping for a soft ride, adjust as needed. Don`t be afraid to adjust the suspension regular---no big deal ! #3.
